Xiaomi Mi Band 6

The Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is a new flagship of the company’s fitness tracker for 2021. With its cost of about €50, the device has a lot of amazing features.

Some of its features include a big AMOLED display. And this is more than twice the activity tracking modes, blood oxygen monitoring, and breathing quality assessments during sleep.

The company already sells two versions of this device already in China. One is with contactless payments and Xiao AI voice assistant. While the other comes without these features.

There is no much news about the availability of this device in other countries yet. Based on the Band 5 availability, the band will be released to several countries.

Since the China US ban, the device won’t be launched in the US, but might be on the retail-like Amazon. And it will be available in six different colors including black, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Ivory, and Blue.

Xiaomi Mi Band 6 Design

This device is made of a small tracker module fits into the thin silicone wrist strap. The strap is soft and doesn’t collect dust or hair. Users with Mi Band 5 can use their straps on Mi Band 6 as they both fit.

The major improvement is the upgraded display. This band boasts a much bigger 1.56-inch AMOLED display. Although, there is no ambient light sensor. But the display has plenty of bright lights.

The fitness tracker could last 14 days after a charge. So, you shouldn’t be disappointed about the Xiaomi Mi Band 6.

Health and Fitness

This band helps take track of user steps, calories burned, traveled distance, resting and active heart rate, etc. Though there is no device GPS, there is a connected GPS if you don’t mind bringing your smartphone while exercising.

The device can give a warning if your heart rate increases over how it should be. And not to be left out, it offers a correct reading of every activity so as the hospital will.

Users from the US will have some issues if they are used to the imperial system, as the device only supports the metric system. And there is no 12-hour time support and no Fahrenheit support.
