What Is the Talent Pipeline Programme About?
The United Nations Young Talent Pipeline is a capacity-building programme aimed at developing and strengthening the readiness of professionals from select developing countries to join the UN Secretariat.
By doing this, the UN is working toward building a more diverse, balanced, and representative workforce.
Although participation does not guarantee a job, it gives you direct access to training and career development resources that will help you compete more successfully in future UN recruitment processes.
Programme Highlights
Once accepted, participants will go through a 3–6-month training process, requiring a commitment of 3–5 hours per month. The Programme includes:

Who Can Apply?
