The SINGA (Singapore International Graduate Award) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A* STAR), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Singapore International Graduate Scholarship Description
The scholarship is created for international students who wish to study in Singapore. It is fully funded, so you don’t have to worry about expenses. (Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2021 Fully Funded)
The host country of the scholarship is Singapore and it is fully funded.
Singapore International Graduate Scholarship Benefits
The scholar is a fully-funded Ph.D. Scholarship that is hosted in Singapore for international students. Singapore International Graduate Award SINGA) 2021 will cover the following;
- Tuition fees
- Month stipends of up to $2, 000 which will be increased to $2, 500 once the qualification examination is passed.
- A one-time airfare grant of $1, 500
- Also, a one-time settling-in allowance of $1, 000
The priority of on-campus accommodation is given to first-year students.

Here are the eligibility requirements for applicants;
- SINGA 2021 is open to all international graduates with a great passion for research and good results.
- Graduates or applicants have good skills in written and spoken English.
- Good reports from academic referees.

Singapore International Award Application Procedure
The application for the scholarship is simple and very fast to do.
- Browse Ph.D. Research Projects
Go to the Research areas to browse the projects that you are interested in.
- Documents Required
Make sure to prepare the following documents in advance before applying;
- Passport
- A recent passport-sized photo in a jpeg or png format.
- Transcripts & Reports
All of the transcripts need to be in English translations.
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s academic transcripts.
- Bachelor’s Degree certificates/ scrolls or a letter of the certification from the university on your candidature if your degree certificate/ scroll has not yet been conferred.
- 2 recommendation reports (to be completed and submitted online by the referees.
Optional;
- GRE/ IELTS / TOEFL /SAT I & II / GATE results. However, have in mind that you might be requested by the University to submit satisfactory scores as part of the university admission requirement.
