However, the role of <strong>microbial processing<\/strong>, especially by protists, remains poorly understood.<\/p>\n<p>This PhD aims to explore how biological interactions <strong>change the way antibiotics bind to microplastics<\/strong>, ultimately affecting pollution spread and environmental health.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Research Objectives<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This interdisciplinary project follows a <strong>three-part research approach<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h4>1. Molecular Modelling &amp; AI Analysis<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Study how antibiotics bind to plastic surfaces<\/li>\n<li>Identify structural factors influencing adsorption<\/li>\n<li>Use AI tools to analyze molecular interactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2.
