About the Fellowship
The Ronald Coase Fellowship is a highly competitive, one-year online program designed for master’s, juris doctoral, and doctoral students pursuing degrees in economics, law, political science, public policy, sociology, history, and related fields.
This program introduces participants to the Austrian, Virginian, and Bloomington schools of political economy, offering valuable insights into social problems, public policy, and civil society. Fellows will explore topics such as markets, entrepreneurship, regulation, culture, and post-disaster recovery, applying political economy principles to real-world policy discussions.
Throughout the fellowship, participants will engage in:
- Synchronous virtual colloquia with Mercatus scholars
- Asynchronous discussions on practical applications of key economic theories
