Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility criteria apply to scholarship recipients:
- The recipient must be a native of one of the Niger Delta States, specifically Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-river, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, or Rivers.
- Applicants can submit their applications ahead of the release of their results.
- Recipients of scholarships must comply with PAP regulations and not engage in any misconduct.
- PAP reserves the right to revoke the scholarship if the recipient is found to have submitted false or misleading information.
