The 2025 Orange Social Venture Prize (OSVP) is now open for applications! This competition helps start-ups in Africa and the Middle East that use technology to solve social and environmental problems.
OSVP supports great ideas by giving winners prize money and coaching to help grow their businesses. Application Deadline: May 18, 2025
Since 2011, OSVP has been rewarding innovative and socially responsible businesses in 17 countries. If you have a business that can make a difference, this is your chance to get support and funding.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the 2025 Orange Social Venture Prize, candidates must:
- Be 21 years or older
- Present a social entrepreneurship project based on New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT)
- The project must involve at least one of the 17 eligible countries: Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea-Conakry, Jordan, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tunisia
Awards & Prizes
International Grand Prix:
- 1st Prize: €25,000
- 2nd Prize: €15,000
- 3rd Prize: €10,000
International Women’s Prize:
- Winner: €20,000
Winners will also receive financial support and coaching at Orange Digital Centers to help develop their businesses internationally.
Application Timeline
