The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore is offering the prestigious Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) for the academic year 2025-2026!
This fully funded scholarship program targets outstanding graduates and final-year students aspiring to pursue a PhD in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics), Social Science & Humanities (SSH), and Computing & Information Sciences (CIS) disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all nationalities, with priority given to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
- Applicants must hold or be on track to achieve a First Class Honours degree or equivalent at the bachelor’s level.
- Ongoing students must provide official documentation confirming their trajectory towards a First Class Honours degree.
Scholarship Benefits
- Recipients are not obligated to work in Singapore after graduation.
- Duration: Initially awarded for one year, renewable annually for up to four years based on satisfactory academic progress.
Monthly Stipend:
- Singapore Citizens: S$4,000
- Singapore Permanent Residents: S$3,800
- International Students: S$3,500
Enhanced Stipends for STEM and CIS Fields:
- STEM: S$6,700 (Citizens/PR), S$6,500 (International)
- CIS: S$6,300 (Citizens/PR), S$6,100 (International)
- Non-CIS: S$6,000 (Citizens/PR), S$5,800 (International)
Additional Allowances:
- Conference: Up to S$4,000 per year
- Book: S$500 annually
- IT: One-time S$1,500 for computer purchase
- Thesis: One-time S$600 in the final year

What is the Language Requirements?
