The Umusadege Field in OML 56, Delta State, operated by Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited and its JV Partner SunTrust Oil Company Nigeria Limited, has always been committed to making lasting contributions to the welfare of the people of its host communities and Delta State as a whole.
One of the company’s initiatives is investing in human capital to foster economic development. As such, applications are now open for the 2024/2025 Scholarship Scheme for qualified Nigerian students. This program is designed to support academic excellence and improve skill-based education among the youth in our host communities and the Delta State.

Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship opportunity is open to students who are currently in their 100 and 200 levels of study.
- Applicants must have a minimum of five credits in subjects such as Mathematics and English in either SSCE or GCE examinations, and these credits should have been obtained in a single sitting.
Application Documents
- JAMB/UTME & University admission letter from an accredited/approved university in Nigeria.
- Your current University ID Card.
- An identification letter signed by the Ward Councilor or CACC (Community Accredited Contact-men Committee).
- A letter of identification from the Local Government Area (LGA).

- When prompted to upload a photo, ensure it is a passport photograph with a white background.

- Upon successful submission of your application, you will receive an email and SMS notification as confirmation.
- Return to https://candidate.scholastica.ng/ , log in with your Email and Password to download your profile and have it signed by your Head of Department.
