The ISTA Summer Fellowship 2025 in Austria is open to international students who seek to improve their scientific research skills in a cutting-edge multidisciplinary research institute. Every summer, students have the opportunity to work on their research projects under the supervision of ISTA experts for 2-3 months.

This IST summer internship is open to bachelor’s and master’s students from a variety of disciplines, including natural sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer sciences, and any relevant interdisciplinary fields.
Moreover, at the completion of the ISTA Summer Fellowship, fellows will present their work to the ISTA community in a poster session. Students who stay in Vienna will have the opportunity to engage and socialize with people outside of labs and academic lectures.
Also, extracurricular activities include sports and games, subject-specific student clubs, and social societies. On campus, they will meet new people and share their experiences.
