The Research-for-Cure Academy, in collaboration with the South African Department of Science and Innovation and the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of the Witwatersrand, will grant fellowships to approximately 15 early- to mid-career investigators or clinical scientists.
These fellowships will allow recipients to participate in a series of interactive workshops. The program is also aimed at individuals from countries with limited HIV cure research resources who are dedicated to advancing HIV cure efforts.

Eligibility Requirements for IAS Research for Cure Academy Fellowship

- Possess adequate English proficiency
- Be at the early to mid stages of their careers as investigators or clinical scientists.
- Be affiliated with or collaborating with an institution or university in a country with limited HIV cure research resources.
- Have an interest in the latest advancements in HIV cure research.
- Preferably already be working in the field of HIV.
