How Does Disney Photopass Work
How does the Disney Photopass service work? Well, it is simple. All you have to do is to have one of the Disney Photopass photographers capture a photo of you and maybe your group whichever way you want it.
Once your photo has been taken, the photographer will then have to scan your magic band. If you however do not have a magic band, the photographer can scan your park ticket card instead, but it must be linked to your My Disney Experience account.
If also you do not have a My Disney Experience account, you have nothing to worry about as the photographer can give you a photo card instead so that you can see your photos later.
Your photos during the experience will be shown on the Photopass and the My Disney Experience website in the space of 24 hours. Normally it’s usually within minutes, so be rest assured. And to make things spicier, you can access your photos immediately if you have purchased a memory maker package or you have an annual pass.
If you did not buy Memory Maker, you will have the ability to go through your photos and purchase the ones you love. The prices on photos vary but it should be around $15-$20 for each photo.
Where to Find Photopass Photographers
At various character meets and around the parks, you will meet Photopass photographers. However, you can also find these sets of photographers at certain photo studios, boutiques, restaurants, and resorts. Some of the restaurants include;

Note that when you are at your table you will not be photographed as you will only be photographed before you are seated. You can however take pictures with your phones or cameras when you meet other princesses after you are seated.
How Do I Download Disney Photopass
You can download all your photos from the Disney Photopass platform. All you need to do is to log into your Disney Photopass account. After that, you will need to select where your photos were taken. Under the total of all photos” option, you will need to tap or click on the “download photos” button which you will find on the right-hand side of the page.
Disney Photopass Memory Maker
While the Disney Photopass service is a system that lets you take your pictures at Walt Disney World resort theme parks on various locations and dining locations, Disney Photopass memory maker lets you download all of these photos and videos for one peculiar price.
The way this service work is very simple. Firstly, your pictures are taken at various iconic locations. Next, you will get to view your photos with your MagicBand or Photopass card or a personal QR code linking your photos to your Disney account. Lastly, you download your Disney Photopass photos for one price.
Memory Maker Pricing
Memory maker has three packages namely the memory maker one day, memory maker – advance purchase, and lastly the memory maker package.
- Memory maker’s one-day package includes all of your photos and videos from one day of your choosing. This package may be used upon its purchase. Purchase of this package is non-refundable. It costs $69.00.
- Memory maker – advance purchase includes all your videos and photos from your vacation time. After purchase, you will have to wait for three days to activate it. Like the previous package, it is nonrefundable. This package costs $169.00.
- Memory maker includes all your videos and photos from your vacation and it may be used upon purchase. You don’t have to wait to activate it. Purchase of this very package is non-refundable. This very package costs $199.00.
Disney Photopass Plus
Disney Photopass plus high-resolution digital files of photos for just one price and it includes all photos that are taken on the date that is revealed on the Disney Photopass plus card and also for the 14 days before the date.
If purchased in the park, the Disneyland Photopass plus costs $99.95. If purchased pre-arrival it costs $69.95 including applicable tax.

Disney Photopass plus packages and pricing includes
- Disney Photopass plus one day. This plan costs $39 and you get to enjoy 45 days to download each and every one of your happy moments.
- Disney Photopass plus one week. This plan costs $69.
Disney Photopass plus expiration extension. The extension of your plan costs $19.95. With this, you get to enjoy the extra time to purchase digital download rights and prints of your photos and videos. The expiration extension plan gives you 60 days after capture to view your photos and to also decide the ones you which to download.
Disney Photopass Login
To sign in or log in to your Disney Photopass account, go to Disney Phtopass and click or tap the sign tab. On the login page, enter your username or email address with which you created your account. Next, enter your password and tap the sign-in tab.
If you do not have an account registered on the platform, click or tap on the “create an account” tab instead and follow the on-screen instructions to set up an account.
