Delivery & Returns
Delivery and returns are allowed on ASOS. Ordered items can be delivered to you anywhere you are in any part of the world. There are two types of delivery offered by ASOS, and they are;
- Standard Delivery: this is the standard time it would take to deliver your ordered items to you. The cost is usually based on where it is to be delivered and the distance.
- Express Delivery: express delivery as the name implies, is faster than the standard delivery. It takes fewer days and cost more too.
Returns of items can be made if the item delivered is not working, not as described, hygiene seal is broken or tampered with. On these grounds, a return is valid. However, it is advisable that returns be made within 28 days of delivery. These are the returns status and the refunds made;
- Return within 28 of delivery, you get a full refund of your money pay through the original payment method.
- Returns with 29 to 45 days, would only get you ASOS gift vouchers equivalent to the price you paid for the returned item.
- Any time beyond 45 days, the refunds would be at the discretion of ASOS.
To refund an item, you have to;
- You have to go through your local post office
- You will find a label on your returns note in your parcel.
Take note that the returned items must be in the same condition as it was delivered in. Returning items is damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition would not warrant a refund. ASOS may have to send the item back and ask you to cover the cost of its delivery.
