In observance of its 20th anniversary, the American University of Nigeria (AUN) in Yola has unveiled scholarship opportunities for youthful scholars from Nigeria and across the African continent.
The university’s leadership has declared that these scholarships epitomize AUN’s dedication to providing top-notch education to meritorious students without regard to their financial or social circumstances.
Dr. DeWayne P. Frazier, AUN’s President, hailed the scholarships as an encouraging initiative designed to inspire young Nigerians to pursue their undergraduate studies domestically before contemplating international educational ventures. He underscored that AUN delivers the same calibre of global education as overseas institutions but at a significantly reduced cost.
Furthermore, President Frazier expressed that the scholarships serve as an expression of gratitude to the numerous AUN parents and alumni who have steadfastly supported the university’s educational principles, becoming its most cherished resource in the process.
Benefits
The scholarships are designed to acknowledge and reward the remarkable accomplishments of our student body, while simultaneously expanding educational prospects for prospective students nationwide and throughout the African continent. We encourage eligible students to seize this unique opportunity presented by our new scholarship initiative, as it offers an unprecedentedly competitive tuition fee structure. This is a call to join us in commemorating AUN’s milestone 20th Anniversary by being part of our vibrant academic community.
