Emerging religious, professional, and community leaders who want to change the world are connected, inspired, and educated by the Trinity Leadership Fellows program. During this two-year fellowship, participants develop their leadership abilities, gain knowledge from subject-matter experts, and create enduring peer and mentor relationships.
Well, they leave the program with the skills necessary to bridge gaps, combat injustice, and fortify their local communities.
Both clergy and ordinary members of all religions and religious traditions are welcome to enroll in this fully supported, non-residential program. In September 2025, the following cohort will meet in person at Trinity Church in New York City.
Trinity Leadership Fellows Program 2025
However, during the first year, fellows complete online courses to enhance the basic qualities needed for effective leadership. Action project implementation is the focus of the fellowship’s second year. Selected participants will receive an invitation to become members of the Trinity Society of Fellows in September 2027, joining a global network of leaders who are devotedly serving their communities.
Eligibility Requirements
Here are some of the eligibilities for the fellowship program;
- Worldwide candidates are welcome to apply.
- You have to be at least eighteen.
- Experience of up to 15 years is necessary.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- It is necessary to be proficient in both written and spoken English.
- It accepts people of all religions, while the curriculum is designed with Christians in mind.
- Participation in a religious community is supposed to be active.
- Must exhibit a history of doing good deeds in the community.
- Demands innovative problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Being open to working with others is crucial.

- By 5:00 PM Eastern Time on January 31, 2025, finish the online application.
- Put your resume online. Provide transcripts from your graduate and undergraduate degrees if you are chosen for an interview.
- Select references that attest to your leadership skills and the ways in which your faith shapes them. Only if you receive an interview invitation will references be contacted.
- If selected, take part in an online interview through Zoom or a comparable platform.
- The Leadership Development team, Trinity clergy, staff, and a few TLF graduates evaluate applications to determine whether they are in line with the program’s beliefs, have leadership experience, and have completed community service.
