Students in their senior year of high school are eligible to receive the achievement-based Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship. In addition to their dedication to having a big influence on their schools and communities, students are honored for their leadership and service abilities.

Going further, The Foundation has awarded more than $84 million in educational support to more than 6,900 Coca-Cola Scholars, with the 36th class in 2024. This $20,000 prize is awarded annually to 150 Coca-Cola Scholars.

Application Eligibility

 Candidates for the 2025 Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship need to be:

  • Students enrolled in high school or homeschooling who will graduate during the 2024–2025 academic year and who attend one of the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or specific DoD schools are eligible for this award (those who have already graduated from high school or who are graduating from an American or expat school abroad are not eligible).
  • According to the criteria used by the U.S. Department of Education for eligibility for Federal Financial Aid: U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees.
  • Anticipating earning a high school diploma this academic year.
  • Considering enrolling in a recognized post-secondary institution in the United States to obtain a degree
  • Able to provide a minimum overall high school grade point average of B/3.0.

Applicants May Not Be

  • Children or grandchildren of current Coca-Cola bottling company employees, officers, or owners of The Coca-Cola Company, its subsidiaries, or its divisions.
  • Children or grandchildren of former workers who are currently receiving retirement benefits because they worked for The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottling firms, or company subsidiaries in the past.
  • Students from abroad (apart from those attending DoD institutions)
  • Graduates of high school
  • Temporary inhabitants.

Application Instructions

You should proceed to fill out the necessary eligibility quiz during the initial application process and after that create a profile and sign up first. Going further, you should know that the application should be submitted using the same email address and it should be a non-school email.

Well, in October, you will be notified to proceed with the application and you should ensure you visit the official scholarship website for more information.

The application for 2024-2025 high school graduates closed on September 30, 2024, at 6 pm ET.
