Program Structure
Fellows continue their current roles while participating in a six-month hybrid program that combines virtual learning, in-person immersions, and self-paced assignments. Here’s a breakdown of the program:
- 3-Day Virtual Orientation: An introductory online session
- Two 5-Day In-Person Immersives: These full-time sessions include about eight hours of preparatory work and group discussions
- Four Learning Labs: Each lab requires approximately four hours and includes additional assignments for deeper engagement
