PwC’s Reward Academy is designed for recent graduates who want to build a powerful career in reward consulting. This field focuses on how businesses compensate and motivate employees—especially at executive levels.
As a Reward Academy trainee, you’ll be part of South Africa’s top reward consulting team, learning how to design, analyses, and deliver pay strategies that align with business goals and market expectations.
By the end of the three-year Programme, you’ll have the skills to advise C-suite executives, thanks to your training in analytics, communication, strategy, and organisational design.
What You’ll Do in the Programme
Your training will be hands-on, project-based, and supported by expert mentorship. You will:

- Benchmark executive and non-executive pay
- Build financial models to inform compensation decisions
