- The interns will sign a two- to twelve-month internship contract with CERN.
- 3452 Swiss francs a month (net of taxes) as an allowance.

- An additional grant will be awarded if the intern is married or has kids.

CERN Administrative Student Programme 2025 Eligibility Criteria
On the list below are the eligibility requirements for this program.
- The candidate must be a CERN Associate Member State or a national CERN Member.
- Candidates must have finished 18 months of undergraduate coursework toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At the time of the internship, candidates must have a focus on administration.
- The candidate must be able to remain full for a minimum of two months and a maximum of twelve months.
- The candidates need to be enrolled full-time till the internship is over.
- The candidate must speak French or English fluently and proficiently.
- Students pursuing careers in STEM or engineering are not eligible.
