Overview

The scholarship supports women who are driven to lead change and solve pressing global challenges, offering full financial coverage for a one- or two-year master’s program in Sweden. It is especially focused on developing leadership skills and professional networks.

Tuition Fees

  • Swedish and EU Citizens: Do not pay tuition fees but must prove their citizenship.
  • Non-EU Students: Tuition fees range from approximately €7,915 to €29,188 per year, plus an application fee of around €90.

Eligibility Criterias

  • Gender: Must be a female applicant.
  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of one of the 10 eligible countries.
  • Program Admission: Must have applied and been admitted to an eligible master’s program in STEM at a Swedish university.

  • Asia: Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam
  • Africa: Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa

Scholarship Benefits

  • Tuition Fee Coverage: SI pays the full fee directly to the university.
  • Monthly Stipend: SEK 12,000 for living expenses.
  • Travel Grant: A one-time payment of SEK 15,000, except for students already living in Sweden.
