Each calendar day, the stipend will be 90 CHF.
The students’ living expenses at CERN will be covered by the stipend.
There will be a one-time, lump amount travel reimbursement.
The CERN comprehensive health insurance scheme will cover the participants’ health insurance.
Participants will receive assistance in locating housing close to the CERN.

Eligibility

Here are some of the stated eligibility criteria that eligible applicants must meet for the program.

All nationalities are welcome to apply.
The applicant needs to be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program. PhD candidates are not qualified.
The applicant must not have had any employment with CERN for longer than three months.
The degrees that the candidates hold must be pertinent to the tasks they have chosen.
Candidates must speak English fluently. Being able to communicate in French can be advantageous.

After that, just the reference letters may be turned in.
